摘　　要：我国动漫产业发展面临创意资源匮乏、动漫传播不力、产业链条散乱等多重困境。以卡通频道为例,分析认为互补性资产具有帮助动漫产业摆脱困境的功效。但现实中互补性资产往往缺乏参与意愿,原因是权利配置不对称。通过产权制度、定价机制及互动机制的设计,可以使权利对称配置,进而化解制度障碍。China＇ s animation industry is facing such difficuhies as shortage of creative resources, ineffective spread of animation works, and scattered industry chains. Taking cartoon channels as an example, the paper analyzes the effect of the complementary assets, and finds that using these assets to promote the development of animation industry will meet the barrier of rights and inter- ests asymmetric configuration, thus affecting the participation willingness. The design of property right system, pricing mecha- nism and the interaction mechanism will make the rights and interests symmetric configuration, and thus help remove the obsta- cle.
