瑞舒伐他汀联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对CRP和血脂的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨和分析瑞舒伐他汀联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及对C-反应蛋白(CRP)和血脂的影响。方法选取本院2013年4月—2015年3月收治的不稳定型心绞痛患者140例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组70例。对照组患者给予瑞舒伐他汀治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,比较治疗前后两组患者C-反应蛋白和血脂变化情况,并比较两组患者治疗效果。结果两组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、三酰甘油(TG)和CRP水平明显降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平增高,但试验组血脂及CRP水平改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者总有效率为95.71%,对照组总有效率为87.14%,试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瑞舒伐他汀联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛可以明显降低血脂及C-反应蛋白浓度,治疗效果明显。Objective To To explore the effect of rosuvastatin combined salvia miltiorrhiza-ligustrazine injection on levels of blood lipid and C-reactive protein（CRP）in patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods From April 2013 to March2014,140 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris treated in our hospital were collected,all of these patients were randomly divided into two groups：Control group（n=70）treated with rosuvastatin and experiment group（n=70）treated with rosuvastatin plus salvia miltiorrhiza-ligustrazine injection treatment.The levels of blood lipid and C-reactive protein in patients with unstable angina pectoris were measured,and the clinical treatment effect was compared.Results After treatment,compared to control group,levels of TG,LDL-C,TC and CRP were significantly decreased（P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.71%,which was higher than 87.14% of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Rosuvastatin plus salvia miltiorrhiza-ligustrazine injection can decrease levels of blood lipid and C-reactive protein,and the effective rate was significance.
