石油天然气产业技术创新效率评价研究——基于东、中、西部地区的比较分析

摘　　要：从构建技术创新效率评价指标体系出发,运用数据包络分析方法(DEA)对我国中、东部及西部共七省(市、区)的石油天然气产业技术创新效率进行评价及比较。评价结果显示,东部省份石油天然气产业的技术创新效率要高于中部和西部地区;而西部地区中,陕西的石油天然气产业技术创新效率相对较高。据此,提出西部石油天然气产业技术创新发展应该注意的问题。Beginning with building technical innovation efficiency evaluation index system ,this article use the data envelopment analysis （DEA ） to evaluate and compare the technological innovation efficiency of seven provinces where are in Mideast and west of China .The results Shows that the oil and gas industry technology innovation efficiency of eastern province is higher than the central and western regions .But in the western region ,oil and gas industry technological innovation efficiency of shaanxi is comparatively high .Accordingly ,we can point out the problem to which should be paid attention in the development of the western oil and gas industry technology innovation .
