摘 要:Fungal diseases occur seriously in Pseudostellaria heterophylla in Qian- dongnan Prefecture of Guizhou Province from March to May every year. By field in- vestigation, tissue isolation and microscopic identification, the main pathogen was iden- tified as Rhizoctonia solanL the pathogen of damping-off disease. At the same time, Alternaria alternate was also isolated from the sampled diseased soil, and it has pathogenicity to Pseudostellaria heterophylla seedlings. The bio-control test showed that GH18 strain (Bacillus spp.) had significant inhibitory effects on Rhizoctonia solani and Alternaria alternate.贵州省黔东南州太子参(Radix pseudostellariae)在每年3~5月份都会发生严重真菌病害,经实地调查、组织分离和显微鉴定,得到主要致病菌为立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctonia solani),其导致的病害为太子参立枯病。同时,还在病土中分离纯化得到对太子参种苗有致病能力的病原菌互隔文链孢霉(Alternariaalternate)。生防试验结果表明,芽孢杆菌(Bacillus spp.)GH18菌株对病原菌立枯丝核菌(Rhizoctoniasolani)和病原菌互隔文链孢霉(Alternaria alternate)的抑菌效果显著。
