摘　　要："一带一路"行动倡议是新时期中国扩大对外开放、推动经济发展、提升国际地位的重大战略部署,矿产资源领域的发展合作在全球性和区域性的经济合作发展中起基础性和先行性作用。在研究"一带一路"沿线区域的地质矿产背景、资源潜力、矿产资源分布及特点、矿业投资环境的基础上,对中国与沿线国家开展矿业合作的前景进行了分析,认为该区域不仅与中国具有良好的资源互补性,而且矿产勘查开发及投资空间潜力巨大,但面临诸多风险。为此,一方面要加强地质矿产部门与"一带一路"沿线国家的合作,尤其是要加强基础地质调查、资源潜力评价、信息数据共享,以及共同参与矿产资源治理方面的工作;另一方面中国企业要创新经营模式,提高社会责任意识,践行"互惠共赢"的发展理念,同时要注意传统与非传统风险的防范。＇One Belt, One Road＇ （OBOR） initiative is an important strategic deployment of China during the period of expanding opening-up scope, promoting economic development and strengthening China＇s position in the world. The cooperation in the field of mineral resources can lay the foundation and provide guidance for the further global and regional economic cooperation. Based on examining the geological background, mineral resources distribution and characteristics, and the climate for mining investment in OBOR-covered countries, this paper has analyzed the prospect of mining cooperating with these countries. In terms of mineral re- sources, these countries are highly complementary with China, and there are great potential for the cooperation in the field of mineral exploration and mining investment. Nevertheless, there also exist many risks. In view of such a situation, the authors hold that, on the one hand, we should strengthen the cooperation with OBOR-covered countries in the field of geology and mineral resources, especially in basic geological survey, resources potential assessment, information and data sharing, as well as the resources governance; on the other hand, Chinese enterprises should engage in the business model innovation, enhance awareness of social responsibility, and implement mutually beneficial policy. At the same time, they should pay attention to the prevention of traditional and non-traditional risks.
