摘　　要：目的：研究参附注射液对急性心衰患者血浆脑钠肽（BNP）及心脏功能的影响。方法将2013年6月～2015年6月期间收治的急性心力衰竭患者120例，分为对照组和观察，对照组60例采用常规内科治疗，观察组60例在常规治疗基础上联合参附注射液治疗，比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果对照组和观察组总有效率分别为85%、96.67%，观察组明显较高，组间差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗前两组患者 BNP 水平无明显差异（P ＞0.05）；治疗后观察组 BNP 水平与对照组比较明显较低，组间差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；治疗前两组患者心功能情况无明显差异（P ＞0.05）；治疗后观察组患者每搏输出量（SV）、左室射血分数（LVEF）以及左室舒张末期内径（LVDd）明显优于对照组，组间差异均具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论参附注射液对急性心衰患者有显著疗效，降低 BNP 水平，提高心功能，值得临床应用及推广。Objective To study the effect of Shenfu injection on BNP and cardiac function of patients with acute heart failure. Methods 120 cases of patients with acute heart failure from June 2013 to June 2015 in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups based on in hospital order,with 60 cases in each group. 60 cases in the control group received routine medical treatment,while the other 60 cases in the observation group received Shenfu injection on the basis of treatment of the control group. Results The total effective rates of control group and observation group were 85% and 96.67%. The observation group was significantly higher（P 0.05）; after treatment,the BNP level of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P 0.05）; after treatment,the SV,LVEF and LVDd of the observation group were significantly better than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Shenfu injection is significant in reducing BNP level,developing cardiac function,which is worth clinical application and promotion.
