摘 要:外压式薄壁支撑体陶瓷膜具有渗透阻力小的优势,但在浸涂法制备膜层时,薄壁使毛细管力迅速消失,所形成的膜层厚度较小,易产生膜缺陷。为改善薄壁支撑体上堇青石微滤膜的制备,本文通过改变浆料固含量,在板式堇青石蜂窝支撑体上(壁厚1.03 mm)的薄壁型制备了平均孔径为0.62μm,最大孔仅为0.98μm的堇青石微滤膜。结果表明,堇青石湿膜厚度随着浆料固含量的增加而增加,毛细过滤机理对堇青石湿膜厚度的影响增加,但增加程度逐渐降低,粘性涂覆机理的贡献逐渐增加,当浆料固含量为30%时,能够获得无缺陷的膜层,膜层的厚度为20μm。这说明适度提高浆料的固含量和粘度有助于在薄壁支撑体获得良好膜层。The outer-side cordierite microfiltration membrane on thin-wall support has the advantage of low permeating resistance. However, the obtained membrane has the defect because the capillary will disappear quickly and the thickness of membrane is small when dip-coating method is applied. To prepare cordierite microfiltration membrane on the thin-wall support, the suspension with high solid content is used. The obtained cordierite microfiltration membrane on flat-honeycombed support with the wall thickness of 1.03 mm has the mean pore size of 0.62 μm and the maximum pore size of 0.98 μm. The results show that the thickness of cordierite membrane increases with the increase of the solid content of suspension. In the process, the effect of the capillary filtration mechanism on the thickness of wet membrane increases.However, the increase of the effect decreases with the solid content of suspension. The contribution of film-coating mechanism to the thickness of membrane increases with the increase of the solid content. The defect-free membrane can be obtained when the solid content ofsuspension is 30wt%, whose thickness is 20 μm. It is verified that the increase of the solid content and viscosity of suspension contributes to the preparation of defectfree membrane.
