摘 要:伴随着我国多晶硅、单晶硅产业的兴起,随之产生的大量熔融石英匣钵废弃物既对社会资源造成了极大的浪费,又对生态环境造成了一定程度上的破坏,因此熔融石英匣钵废弃物的再生利用不但可以创造新的社会财富,而且消除了其对环境带来的不利影响,成为处理熔融石英匣钵废弃物的有效途径。本文利用熔融石英具有耐高温及优良的低膨胀性能,采用熔融石英匣钵废弃物部分替代锂辉石等高价的原材料,通过XRD、SEM、强度测试、热膨胀系数测试等分析手段,研究熔融石英匣钵废弃料部分替代锂辉石制作耐热陶瓷产品的可行性。研究结果表明:采用熔融石英匣钵废弃料部分替代高价位的锂辉石制作耐热陶瓷完全可行,既解决熔融石英匣钵废弃料的处理问题,又可降低耐热陶瓷的制作成本、提高耐热陶瓷产品的市场竞争率,对环境的可持续发展作出贡献。With the rise of the polycrystalline silicon, monocrystalline silicon industry in China, a large number of fused quartz saggar waste were produced which cause both great waste of social resources, and the certain degree destruction of ecological environment, therefore recycle the fused quartz saggar waste can create new social wealth and eliminate its adverse influence on the environment, which is an effective way to deal with fused quartz saggar waste. In this paper, by using fused silica with high temperature resistance and low expansion, using fused quartz saggar waste partly replace spodumene with high price. XRD, SEM, test of strength and thermal expansion coefficient were used to investigated the feasibility of making heat resistant ceramic products using the fused quartz saggar partly replace spodumene.The results show that the fused quartz saggar partly instead of spodumene was completely feasible, both solve the problem of fused quartz saggar waste material processing, meanwhile reduced the production costs and raised market competitiveness which make contribution to the sustainable development of environment.
