摘 要:宽体窑节能减排潜力巨大,代表了连续式窑炉发展方向。为探明辊道窑在宽度增加后对陶瓷制品烧成的影响,建立了宽体辊道窑烧成带烟气流体动力学与传热特性的理论模型,并采用计算流体动力学商用软件Fluent进行数值求解,研究了辊道窑的截面宽度对制品附近烟气的速度场和温度场的影响。研究表明:随着窑炉宽度的增大,制品附近的速度和温度都会随之降低,当宽度增加到一定值时,会使得制品附近的温度和速度急剧下降;当烧嘴的喷射速度在某一定值时,窑炉有个最佳的宽度使得窑内的烟气流动速度和温度都比较均匀。Wide-body kiln have enormous potential in the energy-savings and emission reduction, it represents a direction of development in the continuous kiln. The theoretical model is developed for the flue gas flow and heat transfer in the roller kiln, the software to be called Fluent of CFD is used to solve the control equations numerically. The velocity and temperature field of flue gas flow that is near to the products is studied in different width of roller kiln. The study indicated that the velocity and temperature which is close to the products decrease with an increase of the width of kiln, when the width is increased to reach a value, the velocity and temperature that is close to the products decline markedly; when the jet velocity of burner keeps a constant value, the width of kiln is optimized to make the temperature and velocity field become uniform.
