罗夏测验对大学生抑郁的测量研究

摘　　要：目的:验证罗夏抑郁指数对大学生抑郁的测量效果。方法:采用方便取样,在湖南某大学抽取400名在校大学生,对被试施测SDS抑郁自评量表,根据问卷分数的高低把被试分为抑郁组和正常组,对这两组同学进行罗夏测验的测量。结果:大学生罗夏抑郁指数与SDS分数存在显著的正相关(r=0.232,P<0.05),抑郁组和正常组罗夏测验抑郁指数有显著性的差异(t=30.130,P<0.001)。在抑郁指数的组成变量中,FD与SDS分数呈负相关(r=-0.236,P<0.05),MOR与SDS分数呈正相关(r=0.377,P<0.05);FD、FM+m在α=0.05水平上抑郁组与正常组差异上存在显著上的差异,其中抑郁组显著低于正常组;MOR在α=0.05水平上抑郁组与正常组差异上存在显著差异,且抑郁组得分显著高于正常组。抑郁指数诊断符合率:阳性判断正确率为37.8%,阴性判断正确率为100%,判定结果的总命中率为68.9%;正常组与抑郁组的罗夏测验判定结果的卡方检验(X2=34.844,P<0.001)。结论:罗夏抑郁指数能够有效测量大学生的抑郁程度,其中FM+m、MOR分变量可能是测量抑郁的关键性变量。Objective：to verify the effect of Rorschach depression index measurement on college students＇ depression.Method：400students in a university of Hunan were tested SDS by convenient sampling.According to the questionnaire scores,they are divided into depression group and normal group.Then two groups of students were measured by the Rorschach.Results：There are significant positive correlation between depression index scores and SDS score（r=0.232,P 0.05）,The Rorschach depression index between depression group and normal group has significant difference（t=30.130,P0.001）.Among the composition variables of depression index,FD is negatively correlated with SDS scores（r=-0.236,P0.05）,MOR and SDS scores are positively correlated（r=0.377,P0.05）.There are significant difference between the depression group and the normal group in FD,FM＋m and MOR（P0.05）.The rate of correct diagnosis with depression index：the positive rate of judgment is 37.8%,the correct rate of negative judgment is 100%,and the total rate of the determination result is 68.9%;Rorschach judging results difference between normal group and depression group is significant（X2=34.844,P0.001）.Conclusion：The Rorschach depression index can effectively measure college students＇ depression.FM＋m,MOR variables may be the key variables in measuring depression.
