摘　　要：介绍了近几年自硬砂工艺应用中新研发应用的旧砂再生、冷却工艺装备的技术特性。分析了自硬砂铸造工艺应用中砂再生、砂冷却及典型工艺装备的应用状态。为铸造业砂再生提供工艺及技术支持,拓展铸造工艺装备与生产应用的创新发展思路。the paper introduces the casting process and the new development of the old sand regeneration and cooling process equipment technical characteristics. Sand regeneration, sand cooling and the application state of typical process equipment is analyzed. Provide process and technical support for the regeneration of foundry sand. Expand the development direction of the casting process equipment and production application.
