结晶紫修饰电极的制备及其对镉离子的测定

摘  要:基于Au—S化学键的作用,在金电极表面组装L-半胱氨酸(L-Cys),再利用结晶紫(Crystal violet)与L-半胱氨酸之间的静电作用,将结晶紫间接的组装在金电极表面,从而形成结晶紫修饰电极,利用差分脉冲伏安法将所修饰结晶紫电极对水中重金属中镉离子的测定。结果表明,在pH=8.0磷酸缓冲液中,结晶紫修饰电极对Cd2+在0.25×10-6~1.25×10-6g/L范围内具有良好线性关系,其标准曲线:ΔI=I-I0=1 100.3C+34.048(C的单位为10-6g/L),相关系数R2=0.992 6,检出限为7.63×10-5g/L,并且该电极有良好的灵敏度和识别性。Based on the function of Au-S,L-cysteine was assembled on the gold electrode surface,with the electrostatic interaction between crystal violet and L-cysteine,crystal violet was indirectly assembled on the gold electrode surface,then the crystal violet modified gold electrode was formed.With the method of differential pulse voltammetry,the modified electrode was used to measure the heavy mental Cadmium Ion in the water,The results showed that in the pH 8.0phosplate buffer,the crystal violet modified electrode had a linear relationship with Cd2+within the rang of 0.25×10-6~1.25×10-6g/L.the linear equation wasΔI=I-I0=1 100.3C+34.048,(R2=0.992 6),the detected limit was 7.63×10-5 g/L,and the electrode had good sensitivity and recognition.
