摘 要:以四个甘薯品种(商薯19号、青紫1号、烟薯25号和龙薯9号)为试验材料,采用大田试验的方法,研究施硼对不同甘薯品种产量和品质的影响。结果表明:适宜的施硼量均能够促进光合产物向块根转运,提高四个甘薯品种的薯块产量和薯块中的可溶性蛋白含量;施硼对甘薯的影响存在品种差异,可提高青紫1号块根中的可溶性糖含量,促进商薯19号和烟薯25号的可溶性糖向淀粉转化,但对龙薯9号的品质提升作用不显著。本试验条件下,鲜食型甘薯品种烟薯25号和龙薯9号的适宜施硼量为15.0 kg/hm2,淀粉型品种商薯19号和紫薯型品种青紫1号的适宜施硼量为7.5 kg/hm2,过量施硼会降低甘薯产量,叶片产生硼毒害症状。Taking 4 varieties of sweet potato (Shangshu 1 9,Qingzi 1 ,Yanshu 25 and Longshu 9)as materials,the effects of applying boron (B)on their yield and quality were studied.The results indicated that the photosynthate transport could be promoted to storage root and the tuber yield and soluble protein content could be increased by appropriate B application.The effects of boron application on the sweet potato were dif-ferent between varieties.The soluble sugar content in root of Qingzi 1 could be improved.The transformation of soluble sugar to starch in Shangshu 1 9 and Yanshu 25 were promoted.But the effect of B on quality promo-tion was not significant in Longshu 9.Under the conditions of this experiment,the suitable application rate of boron was 1 5 kg/hm2 for fresh -eating varieties Yanshu 25 and Longshu 9,and that was 7.5 kg/hm2 for starch type variety Shangshu 1 9 and purple sweet potato variety Qingzi 1 .Excessive boron could reduce the sweet potato production and lead to the toxic symptoms on leaves.
