摘  要:为明确生物土壤添加剂应用于连作黄瓜可以促进植株生长、抑制土传病害发生的机制,采用盆栽试验,研究了应用生物土壤添加剂对黄瓜根系几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性以及木质素、可溶性酚和可溶性蛋白含量的影响。结果表明,生物土壤添加剂处理特别是在接菌后明显诱导几丁质酶和β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性,提高植株根茎部木质素和酚类物质含量,增加植株叶片木质化程度和可溶性蛋白含量。To clarify the mechanism of biological soil amendment (BSA)to promote seedling growth of continuous cropping cucumber and reduce soil -borne disease incidence,the effects of BSA on the activities of pathogenesis -related proteins and contents of main disease -resistant substances in cucumber roots were ex-amined by pot test.The results showed that BSA could obviously induce the activities of chitinase and β-1 , 3 -glucanase,improve the contents of lignin and phenolic in roots and increase the lignified degree and solu-ble protein content in cucumber leaves after innoculated Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cucumerinum.
