生牛乳中金黄色葡萄球菌的分离鉴定与药物敏感性分析

摘　　要：采用金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus)测试片快速筛选的方法,对采集于陕西省西安市和渭南市20份样品中S.aureus进行分离鉴定及药物敏感性研究,以了解此地区生牛乳中S.aureus的污染情况及对药物敏感性。结果表明:S.aureus测试片可用于大量生牛乳样品中S.aureus的初筛工作,方便且省力;S.aureus的检出率为10%;检出的两株S.aureus对青霉素都为耐药,其中一株对磺胺异恶唑也表现为耐药,两株S.aureus对复方新诺明、红霉素、万古霉素、氧氟沙星、克林霉素都表现为敏感。牛场应根据药物敏感性实时调整抗感染药物的使用方案。With 20 samples from Xi’an and Weinan City,Shaanxi Province,as materials,the isolation, identification and drug sensitivity of Staphylococcus aureus in raw cow milk were studied using S.aureus detec-tive slips to know the pollution situation and drug sensitivity of S.aures in this area.The results showed that S. aureus detective slips could be used to screen the S.aureus preliminarily from a large number of raw cow milk samples.The method was convenient and labor -saving.The detection rate of S.aureus was 1 0%.Both the detected S.aureus isolates were resistant to penicillin,but sensitive to trimethoprim -sulfamethoxazole,eryth-romycin,vancomycin,ofloxacin and clindamycin.One of the isolates was resistant to sulfisoxazole.Cow farms should adjust their anti -infection drugs timely according to the drug sensitivity of pathogen.
