摘 要:用5×106个/m L的NPV病毒液饲喂家蚕品种,二龄起蚕添食,调查三龄第二天发病率。结果表明,不同家蚕品种发病率差别较大,其中菁松×皓月发病率较高(平均66.67%),桂蚕一号发病率较低(平均14.44%)。SPSS方差分析表明,桂蚕一号抗性较强,除两广二号外与其他品种都存在显著差异。菁松×皓月抗性较差,发病率远高于其他品种,差异显著。The newly exuviated second silkworms were feed with NPV liquid of 5 ×1 06 per millimeter. The disease incidence on the next day of the third instar was investigated.The results showed that the disease incidence varied greatly between different silkworm varieties.That of Jingsong ×Haoyue was higher with the mean as 66.67%.That of Guican 1 was lower with the mean as 14.44%.SPSS analysis showed that Guican 1 had stronger resistance,which was significantly different with other varieties except Liangguang 2.Jingsong × Haoyue had poorer resistance and the highest disease incidence,which was significantly different with the other varieties.
