中空分级结构ZnO的控制合成及发光性能研究

摘  要:用水热法,以硝酸锌(Zn(NO3)2),氯化锌(Zn Cl2),硫酸锌(Zn SO4)为前驱体,氨水为沉淀剂,在羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)存在条件下,成功合成了3种不同形貌的中空分级结构Zn O.并用场发射扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射仪(XRD)对样品进行了表征.结果表明,3种中空分级结构的Zn O形貌分别为:球形、哑铃形和棒束状.锌盐中的阴离子对形成不同形貌Zn O中空结构起关键作用,提出了可能的形成机理.室温光致发光光谱表明不同形貌的中空分级结构Zn O有着不同的光致发光性能.The ZnO hollow structures were hydrothermally synthesized using different Zinc salts ( Zn ( NO3 ) 2 , ZnCl2 , ZnSO4 ) . The as-obtained products were characterized by field-emission scanning electron microscopy ( FE-SEM) and X-ray powder diffraction ( XRD) . Three different ZnO hollow structures were ob-tained, such as sphere-like, dumbbell-like, bundle-like structure. It was found that the anions of zinc salts played a key role in formation of the different hollow structures. On the basis of experimental results, a possi-ble formation mechanism of the different hollow structures was proposed. The photoluminescence properties of the different hollow structures have been also investigated.
