摘　　要：中国古代在吏治方面经验丰富,成效显著;但是,由于受到传统文化局限性的影响,治理常常并不彻底,并且具有一定的反复性。我们以为,基于传统文化的保守性和延续性,研究中国本土的吏治制度经验及其价值,对当今惩贪治腐具有重要参考价值。本文较为系统总结了中国古代在吏治领域的措施,特别是监察法治,对其效果进行了客观评述,并立足国情,以现代行政监察制度创新为中心,阐述了古代吏治经验的借鉴价值。Ancient Chinese officialdom supervision provided experiences and produced remarkable results; however, due to the limitations of the traditional culture, governance was often not completed, and had a certain repetitive. We believe that based on the traditional culture of conservatism and continuity of Chinese officialdom, local experience and value system from research in ancient Chinese officialdom supervision is of great importance for today＇s corruption eradication and punishment. This paper systematically summarizes the ancient Chinese official management measures in the field, especially in monitoring the rule of law, its effect objectively reviewed, and based on national conditions, to modern administrative supervision system innovation center, describes the reference value of ancient official experience.
