摘　　要：目的:对早产儿静脉营养处方设计进行分析,为临床合理应用提供参考。方法:收集某院2013年1-12月新生儿重症监护病房早产儿静脉营养处方及病例资料,并进行统计分析。结果:34例患儿均顺利完成治疗计划,存活出院。平均应用静脉营养5.2 d后患儿体质量开始稳步增长,应用静脉营养期间未出现明显的不良反应。静脉营养虽取得显著的治疗效果,但其处方设计仍存在问题有待改进。结论:该院早产儿静脉营养处方设计需改善,临床医生和药师可以共同合作提高临床静脉营养治疗的安全性和有效性。OBJECTIVE To analyze parenteral nutrition prescriptions in neonatal intensive care unit in our hospital to provide some references for clinical rational use.METHODS Prescriptions of 34 premature infants in2013 were collected and analyzed statistically.RESULTS Parenteral nutrition helped premature infants get through critical course of diseases.After 5.2 days of parenteral nutrition,body weights of infants began to steadily increase without adverse reaction.But there were some problems in a few prescriptions.CONCLUSION Clinical pharmacists and pediatricians can adopt certain measures to improve clinical safety and efficacy of parenteral nutrition.
