摘  要:微合金低碳贝氏体钢WDB620是60 kg级新型低焊接裂纹敏感性高强度钢,在大型水电站压力钢管制造中应用较广泛。针对42 mm的WDB620厚板焊接接头进行手工焊性能试验研究,分析焊接接头的力学不均匀性,采用微观金相技术分析两种焊接接头的微观组织。结果表明,在该焊接工艺条件下,预热80℃和不预热的焊接接头强度、冲击功等性能均满足GB/T5017-2007的标准要求。未预热的焊接接头过热区出现了少量的回火马氏体组织,导致热影响区硬度升高、冲击韧性下降。High strength low carbon bainitic steel WDB620 made in China is a kind of 60 kg lightweight steels which is a new highstrength steel with low susceptibility to welding crack. It has been widely used in large hydropower stations, such as large diameter penstock. In this paper,the mechanical property of the Manual welding joints of the 42 mm WDB620 thick plate is studied.Meanwhile,the microscopic of metallurgical of the two kinds of joints are observed. The results show that under the conditions of the welding specifications,the mechanical properties such as tensile and impact of welding joints got at 80℃ preheating and no preheating could meet the requirements of standard(GB/T5017-2007). A small quantity of tempered martensite appears in overheated zone of nonpreheating joints,this leads to the increase of the hardness and the decline of the toughness.
