摘　　要：文化共享工程资源建设是数字化时代中国特色社会主义文化建设的开创性实践探索,在大规模开展优秀传统文化的数字化、构建科学有效的传统文化传承发展模式、打造文化创新平台和服务基层群众等方面,取得了丰硕成果。相对于传统公共文化的内容建设,文化共享工程的资源建设总体上仍处于起步阶段,在内容体系、工作机制、项目管理等方面仍存在诸多问题。当前和今后一个时期,要牢固树立"用户意识",坚持"建"、"用"结合,建立健全资源建设机制,增加资源容量,提高资源质量,打造服务品牌,切实保障人民群众的基本文化权益。Construction of National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project is a pioneering practice of socialist culture construction with Chinese characteristics in the digital era. It has achieved enormously in terms of digitalizing on a large scale traditional culture, developing the promoting model for passing down traditional culture in a scientific and effective way, creating a platform for cultural innovation, and serving the grass-root people. Compared with the content development of the traditional culture public system, the construction of National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project is still in its initial stage, and there are still many problems in the content, working mechanism, project management and so on. At present and in the future, we should firmly establish the ＂user awareness＂, pay attention to the development in accordance to users＇ needs, establish and improve the mechanism of resource construction, increase the capacity of resources, improve the quality of resources, create service brand, and protect the people＇s basic cultural rights and interests.
