摘  要:目的探讨不同类型冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)患者外周血内皮微粒(EMPs)水平变化及其与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和C反应蛋白(CRP)的相关性。方法选择CHD患者38例,分为心肌梗死(MI)组13例、不稳定性心绞痛(UA)组13例、稳定性心绞痛(SA)组12例,以12例健康者作为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测血浆EMPs水平;采用酶联免疫吸附法和特种蛋白分析仪分别检测血清IL-6和CRP水平。结果 MI组、UA组EMPs水平高于SA组和对照组(P<0.05)。CHD患者体内EMPs水平与IL-6、CRP具有显著的相关性(相关系数分别为0.79、0.50,P<0.05)。结论 EMPs可作为监测和评估CHD患者内皮细胞损伤程度的指标;EMPs可能通过增强炎性反应性血管损伤而在CHD发生、发展过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To investigate alterations of endothelial microparticles(EMPs)levels in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and to evaluate the relationship between EMPs and interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP).Methods A total of 38 patients with CHD were divided into myocardial infarction(MI)group(13cases)and unstable angina(UA)group(13cases)and stable angina(SA)group(12cases),and 12 healthy subjects were enrolled as control group.Levels of EMPs were measured by using flow cytometry technique.Concentration of IL-6and CRP were determined by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and special protein analysis respectively.Results Compared with SA group and control group,levels of EMPs were significantly increased in MI group and UA group(P〈0.05).Levels of EMPs in patients with CHD were significantly correlated with IL-6and CRP,with correlation coefficient of 0.79 and 0.50respectively(P〈0.05).Conclusion EMPs could contribute to monitoring and evaluating the degree of endothelial cells injury in patients with CHD as a laboratory indicator.EMPs might enhance the vascular inflammation in patients with CHD,and further accelerate the development of CHD.
