摘　　要：目的:为制定紫苏梗光谱鉴别方法提供实验依据。方法:采用超声提取法制备样品溶液;采用紫外-可见光谱法进行测定。结果:三批紫苏梗的石油醚和95%乙醇提取液在紫外-可见光区有特征吸收峰;不同溶剂提取液的特征吸收峰有一定的差异。结论:本方法可为紫苏梗的紫外-可见光谱鉴别法提供一定的参考依据。Objective To provide experiment evidence for purple Perilla spectral identification method. Methods Ultrasonic ex- traction of sample prepared by solution ; Using the methods of uv - vis spectra were determined. Results The three group of purple Pe- rilla petroleum ether and 95% ethanol extract in ultraviolet -visible area has a characteristic absorption peak; Different solvent extracts of characteristic absorption peak has the certain differences. Conclusion The resuhs can be for the development of purple Perilla ultraviolet- visible spectra identification to provide certain reference basis.
