摘 要:蓬莱19-3油田地层堵塞问题日益严重,对堵塞机理研究表明,注入水水质超标,引起的无机垢、有机垢(沥青质和胶质等)和腐蚀产物是造成注水井堵塞的主要原因,为解除储层污染,利用复合酸药剂体系能同时解除有机和无机堵塞。施工时,采用注入水速配在线酸化工艺,根据吸水指数的变化,实时调整挤注排量和药剂用量,既保证了施工规模又节约药剂;该工艺简单、施工灵活、安全性高。复合酸在线酸化在PL19-3油田共应用51井次,增注量达260×104m3,平均作业周期为1.1 d,较常规酸化施工效率提高3倍,有效期平均提高13 d。The formation plugging in Penglai No. 19 -30ilfield became increasingly serious. It has been found by studying the plugging mechanism that the inorganic scale, organic scale (including bituminous matter and colloid, etc. ) and corrosion products resulted from off - specification quality of the injected water are the main factors contributing to the plugging of water injection well. To avoid the contamination to the reservoir, a chemical system of composite acid was used to eliminate the plugging caused by inorganic scale and organic scale. An injected water rapid preparation and on -line acidification technology was used during construction to adjust the injected volume and the chemical usage according to the variation of water absorption index in a real - time way so as to guarantee the size of construction and save chemical usage. The technology is simple and flexible in construction and of high safety. The composite acid on - line acidification technology has been used for 51 well -times in PL19 -30ilfield with the increase of injected volume of 260 ~ 104 m3, the average operation cycle is 1.1 d, the construction efficiency is 3 times of that of conventional acidification technology, and the average validity period is increased by 13 d.
