摘　　要：TALQ联盟由6家公司[勤上光电股份有限公司、Harvard Engineering、飞利浦(Philips)、施耐德(Schreder)、Streetlight Vision和奥德堡(Thorn Zumtobel)]于2012年6月20日发起成立。联盟的主旨,是创建一个全球公认、用于室外照明网络管理软件的接口标准[1],用以控制和监控各种室外照明网络,促成各种室外照明网络之间的互操作性。The TALQ Consortium was found on June 20, 2012 by Harvard Engineering, Kingsun, Philips, Schreder, Streetlight Vision and Thorn Zumtobel six big lighting industry companies. TALQ Consortium aim to set a globally accepted standard for management software interface to control and monitor for heterogeneous outdoor lighting networks and thus create interoperability between outdoor lighting network.
