摘　　要：压敏电阻器常用的电极材料有导电浆料、无机盐和金属材料。基于各种电极材料的特性,出现了许多制备压敏电阻器电极的方法。本文综述了浆料法、化学镀,热喷涂和冷喷涂的制备工艺。The common electrode materials of varistor are conductive paste, inorganic salts and metal material. Many methods of preparing the varistor electrode appeared based on the performances of every electrode material. This paper introduces the preparation process of paste method, chemical plating, thermal spraying and cold spraying.
