摘 要:针对锂电池组应用中的安全性问题,探究锂电池组单体电压测量及显示方法。该方法采用高共模电压差分放大器INA117AM进行测量,通过MC34080D和LM311H设计显示电路,对锂电池组的单体电压进行实时检测保护。研究结果表明,该方法能够精确地测量微弱差分电压,测量误差小、精度高,能够对锂电池组进行电压实时检测。该方法操作简单、直观,使用方便,具有结构简单、测量精度高,且能消除纹波、噪声和静电电流影响等优点,能够有效保证锂电池组在应用中的可靠性,对锂电池组的安全使用提供技术和方法参考。Aiming at the security problems in application of lithium-ion battery pack, explore the single voltage measurement and display of lithium battery.The method uses the instrument which is called high common-mode voltage difference amplifier INA117 AM, designs displaying circuit by MC34080 D and LM311 H, implementation for real-time detection of lithium battery single voltage. The experimental results show that this method can accurately measure the weak difference voltage, measurement error is small, high precision, realize realtime detection for lithium battery pack full voltage protection.The method is simple, intuitive and easy to use, it has a simple structure, high measurement precision and can eliminate the ripple, noise and static current influence etc. and can effectively guarantee the lithium-ion batteries used in reliability, can use the safety of the lithium battery provides technology and methods for reference.
