早熟兼高RA苷甜菊新品种‘中山2号’的选育

摘　　要：早熟、高RA含量甜菊新品种‘中山2号’是由‘中山1号’（早）和‘守田3号’（6）杂交选育获得的。2009--2011年连续3年检测RA甙／总甙含量分别为79．23％，76．73％和77．15％，均超过70％这一千叶质量标准。‘中山2号’的花蕾期约在8月初，采收期为7月下旬，比普通品种早10-15d，为少见的早熟品种。＂Zhongshan 2＂ is a new cuhivar of Stevia rebuaidana, derived from the crossbreeding between female parent ＂Zhongshan 1＂ and male parent ＂Shoutian 3＂. ＂Zhongshan 2＂ is a fine variety with the characteristics of high Rebaudioside A content and early maturity. For three consecutive years from 2009 to 2011 Ratios of Rebaudioside A/total glycosides detected were 79.23%, 76.73% and 77.15% respectively. All of the above values were higher than the standard-70% dry weight of leaves. ＂Zhongshan 2＂ is a rare early maturing cultivar for its bud stage and harvest time is in early August and late July respectively, 10 - 15 days earlier than other ordinary varieties.
