加强环尺寸对钢梁柱节点性能影响有限元分析

摘  要:以外加强环尺寸与方钢管柱宽度之比为参数,利用有限元软件ABAQUS,对外加强环式节点的滞回性能、延性、耗能能力以及加强环和翼缘的应力变化进行了分析.结果表明:合理的加强环尺寸比例能够保证节点更好的耗能能力和承载能力;过小的加强环尺寸,构件承载力小;过大的加强环尺寸,构件会因局部屈曲而影响结构承载.加强环的应力分布形式基本是一致的;加强环尺寸大小对翼缘远端应力影响较小,对加强环端部翼缘宽度方向应力分布影响明显.With the ratio of the size of external stiffening ring to the width of square steel tube as the parameter,the performance of connections with external stiffening rings is analyzed by the finite element analysis software ABAQUS.The performance of connections includes hysteretic performance,ductility,energy dissipation capacity and stress variation of stiffening ring and flange.Results show that reasonable ratio of stiffening ring size to the width of square steel tube can guarantee better energy dissipation capacity and bearing capacity of the connection.Over-small ring size leads to low bearing capacity,however,over-large size leads to local buckling of the connection so that the bearing capacity will be effected.The stress distribution of the rings is basically the same.The ring size has little effect on stress distribution at the far end of the flange,but significantly effect on that of width direction of the beam flange at the end of the ring.
