摘  要:以D82-19-2型中比转速离心泵为研究对象,选取导叶喉部面积、叶片数、叶片包角、叶轮出口直径、叶轮出口宽度、叶片出口角、叶轮进口直径7个参数为变量,运用正交设计法制定七因素三水平正交方案L18(37),借助数值模拟方法对泵的性能进行预测,通过分析得到了几何参数对中比转速离心泵性能影响的主次顺序:叶片数对扬程和效率的影响起主要作用,叶片包角对轴功率的影响起主要作用;正交优化方案的数值模拟结果表明,该方案既满足无过载性能的要求,又保持了较高的效率,可为中比转速离心泵无过载设计提供参考。In order to satisfy the requirement of non-overload,a medium specific speed centrifugal pump D82-19-2 was selected as a example and the volute throat area,blade wrap angle,number of blades,impeller outer diameter,impeller outer width, blade outlet angle and impeller inlet diameter were chosen with three levels to design a orthogonal test scheme L18 (37 ).Based on analyzing the numerical simulation results of the model pump,the influence orders of geometry parameters on pump performance were obtained.Results show that the number of blades is predominant of seven factors affecting head and efficiency while the blade wrap angle is predominant affecting the shaft power.The optimal design scheme was determined with orthogonal test analysis,and corresponding simulation results demonstrates that the experiment purpose was reached.The simulation results can provide bases for design of medium specific speed centrifugal non-overload pumps.
