中医情志疗法对三阴性乳腺癌患者术后恢复期的生存质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中医情志疗法对三阴性乳腺癌患者术后恢复期的生存质量的影响。方法选择90例三阴性乳腺癌患者术后恢复期患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。所有患者均参照NCCN指南进行乳腺癌基础治疗及常规护理干预,观察组联合应用中医情志疗法。观察治疗前后抑郁评分变化,采用乳腺癌患者生命质量测定量表(Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Breast,FACT-B)评估两组生存质量,并通过T细胞亚群检测CD4+百分比、CD8+百分比、CD4+/CD8+的数值。结果治疗后观察组CES-D评分、HAMD-17评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);情感状况、功能状况、附加关注、总量表等生活质量评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD4+百分比、CD4+/CD8+明显高于对照组,CD8+百分比明显低于对照(P<0.05)。结论中医情志疗法能有效缓解三阴性乳腺癌术后抑郁症状,改善免疫功能,提高患者整体生活质量。Objective To observe the TCM emotional therapy on the quality of life of convalescent patients with triple negative breast cancer after operation. Methods 90 cases of patients with triple negative breast cancer as study objects were randomly divided into the observation group and control group, 45 cases in each group. All the patients were treated by routine nursing intervention of breast cancer treatment, the observation group combined with TCM emotional therapy.The depression scoring changes were observed before and after treatment. The quality of life of two groups was evaluated by adopting the functional assessment of cancer therapy-breast scale. The percentages of CD4^＋, CD8^＋ and CD4^＋/CD8^＋were detected through the T cell subject. Results After treatment, the CES-D score, HAMD17 score of observation group were significantly lower than the control group（P 〈0.05）; The emotional state, functional state, additional concerns, total scale and quality of life score were significantly lower than those in control group（P 〈0.05）; The CD4^＋%, CD4^＋/CD8^＋of observation groupwere significantly higher than those in the control group, CD8^＋% was significantly lower than those of the control group（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The emotional therapy of TCM Psychotherapy can effectively relieve the symptoms of depression of triple negative breast cancer after operation, improve immune function, and enhance overall quality of life in patients.
