摘  要:空冷机组从空冷平台收集凝结水,凝结水经过凝结水管道流回地面的凝结水收集装置以再利用。由于凝结水下降管落差大,同时存在着非满管的流动状态,使得凝结水对回水管道产生冲击,导致下降管振动,严重影响生产安全。对下降管的振动原因进行分析,提出在下降管竖直段内增加孔板及弯管段来减弱振动的方法,并采用计算流体力学软件Fluent对改造前后的下降管内凝结水流动进行模拟分析。模拟结果表明,改造方案能较好地改善管道的振动特性。The air cooling unit collects condensate from the air-cooled platform, and condensate flows back through condensate pipes to condensate collection devices on the ground for reuse.Since there exists a huge altitude gap between the inlet and air- cooled platform of the downward pipe and non-full pipe flow state at the same time ,impaction on pipes and vibration are caused when condensate comes down ,which is harmful to the operation.We analyze causes of the vibration ,and put forward some measures to weaken the vibration,such as adding hole-plates and elbows in the downward vertical segment of the pipeline.The computational fluid dynamics software Fluent is used to simulate the pipe flow before and after the transformation. Simulation results show significant improvement in the vibration characteristics of pipeline reconstruction scheme.
