摘　　要：选择斑叶樱花三角梅（Bougainvillea.xspectoglabra＇Ice Kriui variegata＇）顶生嫩芽为试材,研究分析了ABT生根粉1号（ABT-1）、吲哚乙酸（IAA）、萘乙酸（NAA）等3种植物生长调节剂在不同浓度梯度处理下,对其顶生嫩芽扦插生根率、生根后根系总根长和根平均直径的影响。试验结果表明：3种植物生长调节剂对扦插成活和根系生长指标（根系总根长和根平均直径）均有显著的促进作用,其中300~400mg/LABT生根粉1号（ABT-1）的促进作用最为显著,200—300mg/L吲哚乙酸（IAA）次之,200~300mg/L,萘乙酸（NAA）更次之;同时发现3种植物生长调节剂对斑叶樱花三角梅扦插苗生根后根系总根长和根平均直径的影响都是随着植物生长调节剂浓度的不断升高而呈现出先增大后减小的变化趋势。Choosed top bud of Bougainvillea.xspectoglabra＇Ice Kriui variegate for material,the effects of 3 plant growth regulators of ABT-1,IAA and NAA with different concentration on rate of cutting,root length,average root diameter were studied.The results showed that 3 plant growth regulators had a significant promotion on root length and average root diameter,the effect was 300 ~ 400mg/L ABT-1〉200 ~ 300mg/L IAA〉200 ~ 300mg/L NAA.In addition,with the increase of the content of plant growth regulator,the effects of 3 plant growth regulators on root length and average root diameter increased firstly and decreased later.
