失地农民社会养老保险参与意愿及其影响因素——基于长沙市465份调查数据

摘　　要：基于长沙市465位失地农民的实地调查数据,运用Logistic模型,从个人、家庭及制度层面实证分析影响失地农民社会养老保险参保意愿的主要因素。结果表明,年龄、文化程度、健康状况、家庭经济状况、参保手续复杂程度等因素具有正向影响;性别、家庭子女数量、政府提供缴纳补贴预期、对失地农民养老保险的了解程度和个人缴费金额等因素具有负向影响;养老方式的选择和缴费方式影响不显著。Based on the survey data of 465 land-lost farmers in Changsha City, using the Logistic model, this paper analyzes the major factors that affect the land-lost farmers＇ willingness to participate in the social endowment insurance fxom the perspective of the individual, their family and the social system. The results show that those factors such as age, cultural level, health situation, family income and the complexity of the procedure to attend the insurance have positive impact on their willingness to participate in the social endowment insurance. The results also show the gender, number of children, the government subsidies, the degree of understanding of land-lost farmers＇ endowment insurance policy and individual cost have significant negative influence on the social endowment insurance of the land-lost farmers. Pension mode and payment ways do not play a significant role in it.
