摘　　要：构建国土多功能利用评价指标体系是实现国土多功能利用评价的前提和基础。本文提出了国土多功能性的内涵,借鉴了相关评价指标体系研究,构建了基于国土社会、经济、资源、生态与环境功能的国土多功能利用评价指标体系,并进行了全国陆域国土的分区评价,提出了差异性国土分区发展的政策建议。The construction of the land multi-function use evaluation index system is th of the implementation of land multi-function use evaluation. This article brought forward e premis the defi e and the foundation nition of land multifunction use based on the relevant studies of evaluation index system, and built the framework of the land multi-function use evaluation index system integrated with functions of land in society, economy, resources, ecology and environment. Besides, this article performed a zoning evaluation at a nationwide scale in China and gave policy suggestions for thedevelopment of different regions.
