通道式电袋除尘器在火电除尘改造中的应用

摘　　要：随着国家环保标准的提高,现有的静电除尘技术难以达到现行标准要求,火电厂电除尘器的改造迫切需要更先进的除尘技术来满足当前的环保排放要求。电袋复合除尘器充分发挥了电除尘器和袋除尘器各自的优点,克服了各自的缺点,在火电除尘改造中得到了推广和使用。通道式电袋复合除尘器同时具有结构简单、在线检修方便、改造周期短、运行阻力低等优点。文章介绍了通道式电袋复合除尘器的结构、工作原理、技术特点及应用。With the improvement of national environmental standards, the existing electrostatic precipitation technology is difficulty to meet the requirement of the existing standards, the reform of ESP in thermal power plant needs the more advanced precipitating technologies to meet the current environmental emissions requirements. The electric complex precipitator fully plays the respective advantages of ESP and bag filter, and overcomes the shortcomings of ESP and bag filter. It has been popularized and used in the thermal power ESP transformation. The channel electrical filter complex dust collector has a simple structure, convenient maintenance online, short renovation time, low running resistance and so on. The paper describes the channel electric-fabric filter complex dust collector＇s structure, working principle, technical characteristics and application.
