摘 要:在对任楼煤矿井下Ⅱ7322胶带运输巷封闭墙内发生瓦斯爆炸原因分析的基础上,确定了在地面进行2个定向钻孔施工,并实施灌浆灭火的技术方案。通过温度检测系统和CO等相关气体传感器系统及投放碘化钾示踪等技术手段,分别对灌浆后井底温度、CO浓度变化及密闭墙的密闭性进行了监测和验证。结果表明:井底温度降低至26.7℃,与火灾发生前该区的日常温度基本相同;CO浓度降低并稳定至8.5×10-6,碘化钾含量并没有明显变化,进而验证了密闭墙的密闭性。Based on the cause analysis on the gas explosion in the airtight wall of Ⅱ7322 conveyor roadway in Renlou Coal Mine,it was determined that constructing two directional drillings on ground and implementing the means of extinguishing fire. By using the technical scheme of temperature monitoring and CO gas sensor system and potassium iodide tracer,the bottom hole temperature after cement-grouting,CO concentration variation and the airtightness of airtight wall were respectively monitored and verified. The results show that: the bottom hole temperature reduced to 26. 7 ℃,which was basically with the same to the daily temperature,CO concentration was reduced and was stable to 8. 5 × 10- 6,and the content of potassium iodide did not change significantly,which showed that the effect of airtight wall was good.
