底板巷掩护煤巷最小安全岩柱及两巷平距优化的数值模拟

摘  要:为了确定底板巷与煤层最小安全岩柱厚度以及实现底板巷平距位置对所掩护煤巷掘进的采动影响最小化,利用UDEC和3DEC软件,分别对不同岩柱厚度条件以及底板巷和煤巷不同平距条件下进行数值模拟,得出了底板巷最小安全岩柱为8 m以及帮—帮平距大于等于12 m、上下同轴条件下煤巷受底板巷采动影响较小或不受影响的结论。To determine the minimum thickness of the safety pillar of bottom roadway,and minimize the mining impact of bottom roadway distance to the driving of protected coal roadway,by using UDEC and 3DEC software,numerical simulations were carried out in different rock pillars thickness,and in different horizontal distances between bottom roadway and coal roadway. The conclusion was drawn,including the minimum safety pillar depth of bottom roadway is 8 m,the horizontal distances between the two sides is greater or equal to 12 m; when upper and lower coal roadway are in coaxial conditions,the influences of bottom roadway mining to coal roadway is little or can be neglectable.
