摘 要:针对现代化煤矿综采工作面安全高效快速回撤技术的发展趋势,陈四楼煤矿提出了有针对性的实施技术方案,重点对综采工作面"收尾+回撤+装车"关键工艺进行了研究,分析了"锚杆+托盘+网片"收尾技术、"新型E型框架+风动绞车+风动葫芦"回撤技术、"液压起重机+装车平台"装车技术的各自性能结构及功能特点,并在实际生产中得到了应用,指出了安全高效快速回撤技术在现代化矿井综采工作面应用中的重要性。Aiming at the trends of modern safe,efficient and rapid retracement technology on fully-mechanized working face,targeted technical programs were proposed in Chensilou Coal Mine,the key technics, " ending,retracement,loading" on fully-mechanized working face,were studied. Analyzed the " anchor,pallets,mesh " ending technology, " a new E-type frame,pneumatic winch,pneumatic hoist" technical retracement, " hydraulic cranes,loading platform" loading technology. The performance and function of the above technologies were analysed,and these technologies have been applied in actual production. It also pointed out the importance of safe and efficient retracement technology on fully-mechanized working face in modern mine.
