摘 要:针对现有矿井调度电话、移动通信、人员定位、局部扩播和应急广播系统相互独立设置,缺乏互联和共享的实际,提出将其融合于调度平台,平时可单独、局域通话,灾变应急救援时可实现一键扩播的技术路线和方案,实现灾变第一时间最快通知到井下所有区域和每个人员,为救灾赢得时间。介绍了煤矿五网融合通信广播系统的构成及工作原理,并成功应用于煤矿日常生产和应急救援中,有推广应用价值。Recently,the existing mine dispatching fixed,mobile communications,personnel positioning,local expansion of sowing,and emergency broadcasting system are designed independently,and lack of interconnection and in formation sharing,in view of this status quo,it was proposed that designing the emergency broadcasting system into the dispatching platform,individual and local call can be realized in daily production,when disaster emergency rescue,it can realized " a key broadcasting",and the disaster information can be informed to all areas and each underground personnel,to win time for disaster relief. This paper introduced the composition and working principle of the coal mine five net integrated communication broadcasting system,and has been successfully applied to the daily production and emergency rescue of coal mine,and has the value of popularization and application.
