摘　　要：新时期，高校资助工作如何做到资助学生上学与帮助学生成才相结合、扶贫与励志相结合、他助与自助相结合，已成为摆在高校面前的重要课题。本文以温州某高校为例，概述了发展型资助体系的内涵及意义，通过问卷等调查形式，了解并分析家庭经济困难学生的诚信感恩意识、自强自立意识、心理素质、能力素质等，提出“经济帮扶、思想引领、心理帮困、能力提助”等四大建议，进而构建发展型资助体系。It is the important task that colleges should finance poor students while help them to become a talent. This article summarizes the content and significance of development-promoting subsidization,through ques- tionnaires and other surveys. The surveys contains poor students＇ gratitude consciousness, awareness of self- reliance, the quality of mental health, and their ability and quality.Based on the surveys,development-promoting subsidization system is constructed.
