骨引导技术用于种植牙骨缺损的疗效分析

摘  要:目的观察骨引导技术(Bio-oss骨粉及海奥口腔修复膜)在引导骨组织再生修复种植体骨缺损的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院口腔颌面外科2013年6月~2014年10月收治的33例种植牙骨量不足患者临床资料,植入种植体后在骨缺损处植入Bio-oss骨粉及海奥生物膜,术后1个月、3个月及6个月复查,观察颌骨再生情况及种植体整合程度,术后4~6个月种植体二期修复情况。结果 1枚种植体覆盖粘膜少许裂开,其余均Ⅰ期愈合,术后4~6个月所有患者均顺利进行正常义齿修复。结论 Bio-oss骨粉及海奥生物膜可以引导骨组织再生,促进种植体同新生骨组织的良好整合。Objective To observe the clinical effects of guided bone technique(Bio-oss bone and haiao biofilm)in guided bone regeneration with implant teeth. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 33 patients with bone defects in the implantation area of dental oral and maxillofacial surgery in our hospital from June 2013 to October 2014,bone defects around implants were repaired by Bio-oss bone and haiao biofilm,clinical examination were taken at 1、3 and 6 months after implantation,the amount of new-formed bone tissue was evaluated when stage II operation was performed after 4 ~6 mouths. Results All of implants were Ⅰ healing in addition to a mucosa covering crack,all patients were successfully normal dentures after 4 to 6 months. Conclusion Bio-oss bone and heal-all oral biofilm can guide bone regeneration,promote implant with new bone tissue of good integration.
