孟鲁司特对老年性支气管哮喘患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察孟鲁司特对老年支气管哮喘患者免疫功能的影响。方法本次研究共纳入64例60岁及以上支气管哮喘患者,并随机分为两组各32例。其中对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组加用孟鲁司特。结果治疗后两组患者血清C反应蛋白、Ig E及神经生长因子较前均有降低,且观察组各个指标降低更显著,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组疗效优于对照组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论孟鲁司特可降低老年支气管哮喘患者血清C反应蛋白、Ig E及神经生长因子,改善患者免疫过激状态。Objective To observe the effect of the montelukast treating in the immune function of elderly patients with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 60 patients with bronchial asthma were enrolled in this study and were randomly divided into two groups of 32 cases,the control group was treated with conventional therapy,observation group accepted montelukast treatment on this basis. Results After treatment,serum C reactive protein,Ig E and nerve growth factor were significantly decreased in the two groups,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the observation group（P〈0.05）. The efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group,but no significant difference（P〉0.05）. ConclusionMontelukast can significantly reduce the elderly bronchial asthma patients serum C reactive protein,Ig E and nerve growth factor,improve the immune status of the radical.
