中药地龙的活性成分及药理作用分析

摘　　要：目的探究中药地龙的活性成分以及药理作用。方法将临床研究和实验室分析方法进行相互结合,对地龙的活性以及药理作用进行分析。结果通过探究,主要活性成分则为蛋白质、脂类、核苷酸以及微量元素等,此药物有助于心血管以及血液循环的调节,能够降低血压,有效的抵抗癌症以及血栓等,将其自身的免疫能力提升。结论充分了解中药地龙中的活性成分以及药理作用,有助于临床合理用药,减少患者的恢复时间。Objective To explore traditional chinese medicine active ingredients and pharmacological effects of earthworm. Methods Clinical studies and laboratory analysis methods were combined with each other,the earthworm activity and pharmacological effects were analyzed. Results The main active ingredients were protein,lipid,nucleotide and trace elements. The drug was helpful to the regulation of cardiovascular and blood circulation,could reduce blood pressure,effective resistance to cancer and thrombosis,etc. Conclusion Full understanding of traditional chinese medicine earthworm active ingredients and pharmacological effects,there is help for clinical rational drug use,reduce the patient＇s recovery time.
