中医药康复治疗中风后心理障碍的临床分析

摘　　要：目的讨论中医药康复治疗中风后心理障碍的临床疗效。方法选择2012年3月~2015年3月收治的中风后心理障碍患者50例为研究对象,随机划分为观察组及和照组,每组25例。对照组患者给予常规药物治疗,观察组患者给予中医药康复治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果经过临床治疗后,观察组患者总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论通过中医药康复治疗,在很大程度上缓解患者的临床心理障碍情况。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of TCM rehabilitation treatment for the treatment of mental disorder after stroke. Methods 50 patients with mental disorder after stroke treated from March 2012 to March 2015,were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 25 cases in each group. The control group received conventional drug treatment,the observation group were treated with traditional chinese medicine,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P〈0.05. Conclusion Through the rehabilitation of traditional chinese medicine,to a large extent,ease the clinical psychological barriers,the proposed application in clinical treatment.
