维血宁对小儿贫血58例的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的维血宁对小儿贫血58例的治疗效果。方法 58例小儿贫血患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组采用硫酸亚铁、维生素等药物治疗,治疗组在此基础上使用维血宁治疗。结果治疗组:显效20例,有效9例,无效0例,治疗总有效率为100.00%,对照组:显效3例,有效16例,无效10例,治疗总有效率为65.52%,两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论小儿贫血患者采用维血宁治疗后,可以提升治疗效果,改善患者的Hb指标结果。Objective To analyze the efficacy of weixuening in the treatment of 58 cases with pediatric anemia. Methods 58 cases of pediatric patients with anemia,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,control group using ferrous sulfate,vitamin and so on drug therapy,treatment group were treated on the basis of using weixuening. Results Treatment group： 20 cases were markedly effective,9 cases of effective and ineffective 0 cases,treatment the total effective rate was 100.00%,control group： 3 cases were markedly effective,effective in 16 cases,10 cases of invalid,treatment the total effective rate was 65.52%,significantly difference compared the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Children with anemia patients using weixuening better after treatment,blood can obviously improve curative effect,improve the patient＇s index of Hb results.
