摘　　要：目的分析了解2013~2014年凌源市各级医院使用中消毒液染菌量情况,并根据存在的问题提出相应的管理措施。方法 2013~2014年期间对凌源市各级医院使用中消毒液进行现场采样并测定消毒液的染菌量。结果本次调查共对18家医院的使用中消毒液进行了采样和染菌量测定,消毒液样品共180份,总合格率为72.22%,其中,民营医院使用中消毒液染菌量检测合格率最低,仅为68.57%。结论凌源市各级医院均存在不同程度的内感染风险,需要以《内镜清洗消毒技术操作规范》相关要求为基准,加强消毒管理,将医院内各项消毒工作落实到实处,降低医源性感染的风险。Objective To analyze understand 2013 ~ 2014 lingyuan city disinfectant levels of contamination in hospitals volume situation and propose appropriate management measures in accordance with existing problems. Methods From 2013 to 2014 in lingyuan city hospitals,at all levels of disinfectant in site sampling and measuring the amount of disinfectant contamination. Results A total of 18 hospitals in the use of disinfectant were sampled and measured the amount of contamination,disinfectant total of 180 samples,overall pass rate of 72.22%,in which private hospitals in the amount of disinfectant contamination detection qualified the lowest rate of only 68.57%. Conclusion Lingyuan city hospital are present at all levels within the different levels of risk of infection,need to be《cleaned endoscopic disinfection technology practices》requirements as a benchmark,strengthen disinfection management,hospitals will implement the disinfection work into practice,reduce iatrogenic the risk of infection.
