胃大部切除患者围手术期加速康复护理分析

摘　　要：目的探究胃大部切除患者在围手术期为达到加速康复应采取的护理措施。方法选取2014年2月~2015年5月收治的64例为胃大部分切除患者进行围手术期的护理,随机分组,实验组36例患者选择围手术期的综合护理,对照组28例患者选择常规的护理措施,对比两组患者的护理情况。结果实验组患者的护理总有效率达到94.44%,对照组患者护理的总有效率为82.14%,实验组患者的护理效果更加显著,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论胃大部切除患者在围手术期中接受综合护理,效果显著,可使身体状态得到良好改善,避免并发症的出现。Objective Accelerated rehabilitation care method for gastrectomy patients during perioperative period is to be studied. Methods Chose 64 gastrectomy patients who were nursed during their perioperative period in hospital from February 2014 to May 2015 and separated them into groups at random,36 patients in study group were given perioperative comprehensive care,while 28 patients in control group were given conventional care and then observed and compared care effects between two groups. Results Patients＇ treatment efficacy in study group was 94.44%,which was much better than treatment efficacy of 82.14% in control group,there was a differential between two groups and such a differential had statistic value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive care is effective for gastrectomy patients during perioperative period,it is conducive to improving patients＇ physical state and reducing complication incidence.
