摘　　要：目的探讨神经外科ICU病房清醒患者的心理问题以及护理措施。方法选取我院2013年6月~2014年7月收治的神经外科ICU病房清醒患者临床资料90例进行总结分析,探讨患者的常见心理问题以及护理措施。结果本组神经外科ICU患者90例经良好护理后均转出重症监护室。结论给予神经外科ICU病房清醒患者心理护理能够有效缓解患者心理不良情绪,促进患者快速康复。Objective To investigate the neurosurgery ICU awake patient＇s psychological problems and nursing. Methods From June 2013 to July 2014 admitted to neurosurgical ICU patient awake clinical data,90 cases were analyzed to explore the common psychological problems of patients and care measures. Results 90 cases of patients with neurosurgical ICU after good care were transferred to intensive care. Conclusion The administration neurosurgery ICU patient awake psychological care can effectively relieve patients＇ psychological negative emotions,and promote rapid recovery of patients.
