摘　　要：目的：研究掌侧解剖锁定钢板对不稳定型桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析2012年8月-2013年10月采用解剖锁定钢板治疗的28例不稳定桡骨远端骨折,所有骨折均通过掌侧入路加锁定加压钢板进行固定,通过Gartland-Werley标准对术后疗效进行评价。结果 ：术后所有患者均获得随访,随访时间8~15个月,平均随访时间12个月。骨折临床愈合时间为12~24周,平均愈合时间18周;按照Gartland-Werley评分：优19例,良6例,可3例,总优良率为89.3%。结论：应用掌侧入路解剖锁定钢板对不稳定型桡骨远端骨折进行治疗,不但能够重建腕关节的解剖结构,而且能够恢复腕关节功能,值得在临床上推广和应用。Objective：To study the clinical outcome of anatomic locking plate fixation used for unstable distal radius fractures. Methods.. From August 2012 to October 2013, 28 patients with unstable distal radius fractures were managed by anatomic locking plate fixation. All patients were fixed with volar plating. After treatment, clinical function was estimated by Gartland-Werley Scores modified by Sarmiento. Results： All patients were followed up for an average of 12 （range,8 to 15） months. Radiographic bone union was 18 （range, 12 to 24） weeks. According to Gartland-Werley Scores, there were 19 excellent cases, 6 good and 3 fair, with an excellent to good rate of 89.3% Conclusion：Volar anatomical locking plate can reconstruct anatomical structure and promotes the functionality recovery of wrist joint, which is worthy of clinical application.
